Krystyna has been practicing law for 30 years and recently retired from her practice to focus on her volunteer attorney efforts with Bakersfield Legal Assistance. She is also a CASA and she and her husband started a foundation 5 years ago to help homeless children and their families in Bakersfield. In conjunction with the Kern County Mission they run the Lee and Krystyna Jamieson Recovery Home for Women & Children. They want to give women and children a safe place to recover from their darkest days and find new hope as a family. She and her husband are currently building another transitional home where the women and children can continue to recover after they graduate from their 18-month faith-based program.
Krystyna and Lee share a passion not only for their own family that includes 3 adult children, but for all children to have opportunities to be seen and heard. She brings that passion to Bakersfield Angels as our director of Corporate Partnerships.
