Chrystal Guinn has always had a heart for service. She has volunteered her time in support of nonprofit organizations from a young age. As a child, Chrystal and her family benefited from community outreach and public assistance programs, sparking early understanding of the impact compassionate support can have in a young person’s life. Those experiences shaped her desire to give back to her community in meaningful ways. Supporting the foster care community aligns deeply with her belief that every young person deserves stability, connection, and adults who believe in their potential.

As a parent, Chrystal is motivated by the example she wants to set for her children. She believes service and compassion are values best taught through action, and being involved in work supporting vulnerable youth demonstrates the importance of giving back to our community.

Chrystal is an accomplished accountant who appreciates the opportunity to employ her professional expertise in support of a mission that truly matters. She is a first-generation college graduate and daughter of Mexican immigrants. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Bakersfield, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Accounting, was inducted into Alpha Chi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies and was named Outstanding Accounting Student by CSUB’s School of Business and Public Administration. A lifelong resident of California’s Central Valley, Chrystal lives in Bakersfield with her husband and two children.
